István Cseh
Istvan Cseh was born in November of 1984. He grew up in Békéscsaba. He started his musical career at age 9 with the guidance of Zsolt Varga classical guitarist. As a teenager he fell in love with the screaming sound of the electric guitar. Besides of his classical studies (at Bela Bartok Conservatory and Franz Liszt Academy of Music) he picked up the electric guitar and started to teach himself.
In 2007 he won a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston MA. He finished his studies in two and a half years and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2009.
Coming back home he become the lead guitarist in many bands, and he is the chair of the guitar and music theory department in a high school.
Istvan Cseh is one of Hungary's most versatile guitar player. He plays flamenco in theater, plays contemporary music with a symphonic orchestra, he plays rock and metal, and folk based music as well.
